Halloween Party!
Thank you everyone who came to our annual Halloween party! It is always super fun to see everyone in costumes and busting a move on the dance floor. I do believe this was our best party yet. Here are some highlights…
November Dance Practice Challenge
Finding time to fit in practice can be difficult with such busy schedules. In each of our newsletters you will find simple tips to practice everyday. This month I want you to set an alert on your phone and all it needs to say is posture. Just a simple reminder to check your posture throughout the day. Sit on the edge of your chair, lengthen your spine, and pull your shoulders back. Fantastic posture makes you look more confident, a better leader and follower, and look taller and thinner.
