Introductory Lesson:
Your introductory lesson will be a private
dance lesson where you will work one on one with your instructor in
one of our ballrooms. This private lesson will give you an
opportunity to sample the method of instruction as well as give
your teacher an idea of your individual dancing goals. Everyone
learns a little bit differently and everyone decides to learn
how to dance for different reasons.
If you already have an idea
of which dances you would like to learn, we can start right away
with those. If you are like most new students who are simply
learning to have fun, then our first goal will be to learn the
basic steps in a variety of different dances in an effort to
find out which ones you enjoy the most.
Whatever your individual
goals may be, the point of this first lesson is to show you how
much fun learning how to dance can be. At the end of the lesson,
your teacher will be better able to recommend a dance program
